ok let me try to answer you
personnally i would goo cfl right now and you could do that with one plant in just a small drawer but you do need alot of lights to square inch so more plants is more lights but since its only one person i would say do like maybe 3 plants if you want to with flouros
but
if you have the space, ventilation, and the moolah go hid just better all around buds but also don't say no to flourescence cause they are awesome to some times.
