You should probably be using nutrients more often in the watering, at least once a week. I water when the dirt is pretty dry an inch deep. I water every 3 days it seems, flushing with plain water every 3rd watering. They seem to love it. As for the 2 being affected while the healthy one looks fine? Maybe it just hasn't affected the healthy one yet. I would try feeding them more often.
