120 volts is NOT considered low voltage. Anything above 48v is considered high voltage.
Amps is what kills you. 65ma (thats .065 Amps) is enough to kill. But you also need the voltage to push that. A car battery has a 600amp potential, but won't kill you. A good static shock from walking across the carpet in the winter can easily be 60,000 volts.
Think water flow:
Amps/current = volume
Voltage = force
Your body the restriction to the flow.
