The exparaments first done on grafting marijuana to hops were a disaster. It can be done but you get nothing of use from it, for either smokers or brewers. Cross pollination won't work, been tried before as well and marijuana doesn't even respond to the pollen. They are not CLOSE relatives genetically, they can graft but it's useless.
