okay so mayb this grow started off on a bad foot.. its my first grow

on my biggest and oldest plant i have the lower leaves turning yellow even some blackish spots! im reading and people are saying its either from over watering or not enough or too much neuts.. how often should i be watering the plant? also how often should i be giving her her food?
