kind of...lol they just grow real slow now that they are in flowering stage and I still must use the same flouros, but for seedling and vegging they are great for a budget! my first shot is when I had 1 fixture ion top for seedlings. after transplanting they went down below. the second pic shows them all on bottom with both fixtures now down there.
