Can somebody please look at these pics and let me know are they ready for harvest.

this is my first gow and Im a bit unsure, they are afgan and are in week 6 of the flower, most of the fan leaves have ether droped off or have turned very light yellow and are ready to drop off.

Not even half of the pistels have turned brown yet, should I hang on or should I hack away
