I thing the sog would work well with cfls. I got my garden set up in the window(west facing) of my apt and get direct sun from about 1pm till sundown(about 5pm now). I need to get a journal up too, I got pics from 5 different harvests from the last year. I'm still learning how to resize pics etc.. when I'm done I'll get some pics of my set up posted.
