Im going to go for the 20 mins every hour method.
I am also going to save up for a 5 foot uvb tanning tube and not a spot lamp.
I have never used uvb yet,but i listen to what
marijuana man says and i believe him when he says it works.
I don't know about the distance yet.
I think i will just bung it up against the back wall and rotate the plants on a daily basis,as i normally do anyway.
