14 watts is no good but you can get higher wattage cfls with inbuilt ionizers... they work pretty well if you fill your grow area with them, they help keep the dust down if you place a small piece of foil in the grow area all the dust n shit in the air will be attracted to the foil, help eliminate MINOR odors, give the air a negative charge which helps kill any possible mold spores that may be present,and the plants can absorb co2 better from air that is negatively ionized.

Theyre a lil more expensive than regular cfls but if dust/mold or small smells are a problem for you they will help...
altho i personally would buy regular CFLs and a cheap ball type ozone generator + ionizer from ebay...
