i would contact the
seed bank. not that they could do anything but some companies can be very compassionate of approached properly. as far as your safety: i personally have never heard of anyone doing time for seeds. this is not to say it won't happen. but to come after you? i not being neive just realistic. it appears someone got the seeds before they got to the US. someone over there may have recongnized the return address maybe. i think if you were in trouble you would know it by now. you have half of the court evidence.
