If you require a fast yield from seed fimm them once at about 2 weeks old and put them into 12/12 at 3 weeks old.
Or for really fast put them into 12/12 right now,plants will obviously be smaller though but you can compensate for this by fimming your main keeping plants more times and getting more stems before you flower them
