I'm in the states. With these orders, you do run the risk of Customs finding your seeds. However they cant do anything if this is the first order. They have to go on the assumption that someone is fucking with you, but they probably wont be so nice if they catch you again.

The safest way is to have the seeds sent to a friends house, or someone that's cool with receiving them that doesnt have anything illegal in their home.
