Cooper Tools 600 watt Deluxe Halogen Shoplight with Dimmer Switch - Model HSL600 at Sears.com

My area is a 3 x 5 closet with a 7 foot ceiling. Does that light seem like a good investment for this area, or would you masters go with something different for that price.

I'm probably going to go with white widow/crystal as my plants.
