I don't think NORML has the money. There is a group, SAFER, I think that is working on it. Information is available, MPP and MAP are two good sources to find out what is happening for your state. That campaign was Krystal's first, her second was my State with the MCCC petition for Medical
marijuana. We are waiting on the board of canvessors now. We know we have enough valid signatures to put it on the 2008 ballot.
Both Oregon and California have petitions, with the first step, 'approval as to form', done. Massachusettes has turned in enough sigs to put decriminilization on thier ballot, don't remember if that is the 2008 general election.
I still believe there is a way to accomplish this. VV
