Get checked out RIGHT AWAY!!! Ask to see a specialist. Get a diagnosis and get your mm card. I have talked to a lot of people with crohns desease who has the card. Eevn if it isn't for the problem you have, I doubt you will have a problem.  It sounds serious and I hope you seek some treatment and get some comfort soon. I hate to hear when people are in pain.
