HELP! First Time Post; When will i be expecting 2 see THC?

this is my first time posting, its late though where i am so ill just get to tha point...i hav a plant, and its i dk i would say 2-3 weeks into flowering, and i hav like 2 colas i bealive, its my first grow might i add... but anyways i have the spots wit MAD hairs and where i suspect the buds are gonna grow, but i see no noticeable THC, is this because i need a magnifine glass or sumtin? i see what looks like fuzz type hair on the leaves and the actually hairs from the preflowers, but i dk if its THC...
HERE'S AN EXAMPLE... NOT MY PLANT THO...
