The government is NEVER run "correctly." Never has been, never will. Knowledgeable, responsible people belong in the private sector. Anybody ever worked for UPS or FedEx and then switched to the Postal Service? I wouldn't recommend trying it. The only thing government can do that the private sector MIGHT not be as good at is wage war. In th last couple hundred years or so, government has built railroads (with slaves) and paved roads. There is the work of your government. Everything else that government has done would be done much more efficiently and effectively by the private sector.
