thats fucked, i think nobody should be charged with murder, it is your right to shoot and kill anybody trespassing in your house, in fact i was told my a police officer that if your gonna shoot somebody for trespassing you better kill em. There was a case up here a while ago, same shit but the thief that got shot turned and sued the homeowner for shooting him. Just another lesson in how fucked our law system is.
