There is no such thing, my friend, without a prescription, and furthermore, due to a referendum in Los Angeles and many other CA counties, no new caregiver clubs can be opened until next fall, or later if deemed necessary to create the regulatory laws surrounding cannabis clubs in California. Northern Cali is a bit different in some cases, but it is all SB 420.
What you are asking is if you can open up a store, basically. THe Caregiver clause in SB420 is tricky, and unless you can legally possess it under a doctor's advice, you can't go near it.

Sorry. I tried doing that before I got my script. I'm totally legal now, and honestly, really neurotic about knowing the laws as they change. I could help if you needed any further questions about the bill. I WILL NOT tell you how to convince a doc you are sick if you are not. I really believe in Medical marijuana because it really helps a lot of sick people. Google SB420, read it a few times, be honest, and spend the money on a doctor's visit. It's not as big a deal as it sounds, and under HIPAA and the Medical Privacy Act of 1974, there cannot exist a legitimate database that the government can read whenever they want involving any drug you take under the State medical licensing Committee . Even under the Patriot Act, they cannot touch your medical records without a really, really, really good reason.

Don't forget, you're in California. You are welcome here, and the State protects it own. Oregon is about to legalize, and the entire fight is MUCH closer to being won on our side than the average person thinks. The only thing we are missing is cooler heads in the Federal government.
