Another 10 before it becomes actually legal anywhere - in that you might see coffeshops of pharmacies have it. Along with taxation etc....
25 after that before it goes Federal.

no bill to tax the sale of pot will ever last long before it's over turned by the supreme court. i mean places like that might pay generic taxes but no specific tax on pot like we have for alcohol and tobacco. i think it's gonna take more than 10 years however i do agree that it's gonna to take more than half of the states to have decriminalization laws before it ever has a chance on the federal level. with the exception of course if ron paul makes president.
