as a matter of fact, looknig back, my 23 watt (100w EQUIV) were 1600 lumen.

so he means 23w.

Now the 42w being 1000 lumens, i don't know where he got that from.

oh well, for 2 plants, they will survive with those cfl's, i cant say much for quality when flowering though.
