your plant is reaching for more light, which is why it's all lanky looking. you need to get some additional light on it, or it will fall over. how many hours of light is it getting anyways, because at this point it should be at least 18 hours ideally, but 16 would be acceptable.
p.s. buy a moisture meter. 50ml of water once a week doesn't sound like much, but then again, i'm not up on the metric system. so sue me
