Go get PH drops, WAY easier. For nutes, go buy General Hydroponics Flora kit. Grow, Micro, and Bloom. Add root juice for veg, kool bloom for flower, Follow the directions on the back of the containers and I DARE your Ph to get out of control. I bought a damn Ph up/down kit, I have NEVER had a chance to use it . The nutes are cheap, work great, and balance Ph sooooo well. Also if you stick to the directions on the back, you don't even need to bother with checking PPM etc, I have a meter but never really use it.
