i guess idk i havent used that type before. when i had a worm attack my buds it looked like what you had so i pulled the rot part off and cuaght the lil fuker and pinned him on the fence for the ants haha
and then just watched my buds and checked then everyday for the worms and only had one more attack at the end but i got him before he did damage.
