Get the air cooled hoods man, they do make a difference - those bare bulb reflectors are crap for small areas - you need at least 150 to 200 square feet to be able to pull those off, and that is with decent ventilation.
If your grow area is 4x4x8 - I would only use one of those 1000 watters - that's a pretty small box for 2000 watts - you could save some power there.
