yellow spots on leaves

hey guys, first post so bare with me.
BG organic soil, 400 hps, im closet growin and the plants are in 2gallon pots. they are almost 2weeks old.
my problem is since i transplanted to the larger pot, yellow spots fairly large are accumulating on 1 of the 4 plants. haven't given it any fert, 24/7 light from 18". I just dont know the problem, ive been watering it fine, the ph is fine and the color is amazing... any advice?? pics below
