I can just see this prohibition on smoking in the military ending badly...

I wonder what they'll abuse instead, maybe alcohol, or illegal drugs, or prescription drugs. This plan was ill thought out, and ignores the fact that some times the best stress reliever is a cigarette. Of course, they aren't being completely honest and admitting that maybe the stress of being in the military may contribute to more physiological and mental damage than smoking.

Maybe they are confused and some how got to the conclusion that Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder/Syndrome is linked to smoking. Some how, with Obama and his cronies, it wouldn't surprise me.
