hi there and welcome, thats a good start to your growing, you need to get that light about 1" away from that plant, and it will grow a lot stronger if you have a fan blowing over it and help to keep it cool, is that moor than one plant in that pot? as if it is you need to get them into there own pots strate away, as the root will bind, and very soon you will need a lot moor lights, good luck on your grow,,
