try and add a pic if you can so we can see what its like, if it just germanating then a 60watt cfl might be a bit hot, just try and keep the lights above the plants a bit more, i once got told if you put ur hand under the light an it feels hot then it has more chance of burning your plant, just keep moving it up intill it feels fine and with small/germanating plants keep it a bit higher. i had some prb b4 and i got told to use a 23 watt clf for my small plant so a 60 watt will be great when it a bit bigger and then it will be great but might need changing when the plant is a monster cos it will need all the light it can get then! the grow box may need some more fans, there is a link on this site where this guy makes a realy cool grow box and he uses about 4 fans and an air filter! i suggest you have a look at that as it shows what he used and how he did it! good luck
