Yes give them straight water.. but not for a couple days. JUST one big thorough watering... 2 gallons of 6.5 H ed water.. and then let them sit for 5-10 days...
I would also consider transplanting them into larger pots with a 50% perlite 50% soil mixture.... YES transplant them NOW..
