I think all the store bought stuff will help, but if you can get some manure rabbit or bat shit, make a tea and feed them this way it will increase all the goodies that you need and is cheap to free and your plants will love you for it. A little woodash sprinkled around your plants about 1 tablespoon per gallon of soil in your container will also make a huge difference.
