you might want to keep your lights on 24/7 for a bit. Light makes the plants grow roots and makes the plants burn water to stay Hydrated. also the soil needs to be warm for best root growth happy roots means happy plants. In nature the sun warms the earth about 10 degrees warmer than the air temp. get a heating pad set on low just to get it warm or place in a window for a bit. the heat will also help dry out the soil a bit. they also make a cheap ( $8 ) probe that you stick in the soil about 3 inches down and it will tell you if the soil is dry (Bad) moist (good) or wet (Bad) thats what I use and it helps alot. check it out here
