dont worry about it.. its nothing to stress about.. its a plant... its not going to be perfect.. some leaves will get spots... some will die... it happens.. just like anything else in nature, it will have its imperfections... as long as its not affecting a portion of the plant, slowing growth down, causing other issues, or spreading throughout the plant, then its nothing to worry about.. just keep an eye on things and see if it spreads... but if you just have a few mutant leafs, there is nothing to stress about.. ive had the same sort of leaf growth before... didnt affect anything in the end, and was nothing to worry about..
