I mean really I s'pose its not all that alarming or new ..... this tactic has been in play for centuries. But with as has been put, the foundation of modern society showing some serious cracks, voids being left in global power circles, uncertainty in strength of currencies, and foci of global power diminishing ..... certainly makes one wonder what some of the next moves will be.
