your not new to outdoor growing your just new at growing period! Outdoor is very simple put it in soil water it when soil is almost not moist. Over watering kills under watering kills after about 2/3 months the potting soil will no longer have nutes in it and you'll have to supplement it with nutes. Get some high end nutes read the label and follow the label. once your at this stage you will want to feed (nutes) them once then water (no nutes) for three or four times then feed them again then water 3/4 times then feed etc. also with you being outdoors you will want to do some bug control. Get sticky pads and place them by your plants, get tenacious earth and make a barrier around them with it. Get some neem oil, spray it on them.
