you really shouldnt add nutes yet, you jumped the gun and your plants could burn for it. oh well. dont wory about the runts, the runts are usually protent females and fast growers are often males (dont go pulling the first one that gets to be a foot tall tho). the ones that are leaning are trying to get more light. its not a big problem unless they arent getting enough light. switch your plants around so these ones get direct light.
