Its been day 10 since sprouted from soil.

Most look healthy other than two plants which looks crooked and one is just plain small.

Any advice and flames are welcomed. Please give me some inputs and what i should watch out for.

Strains are NL and mXa.
Started nutes at day 7 and they seem to like it. Nutes are at 1/4 strength. And water every other day with straight water.
When can/should i start LST? When should i flower it? I want at least 1 oz a plant but my hieght is about 2~3 foor high. So please give me some inputs.
