That's not a Long Form Birth Certificate, that's a short Certificate of Live Birth, and the reason why that is being upheld as not being sufficient to prove his citizenship is because they (COLBs) were routinely issued to foreign citizens and people born overseas, so it does not actually prove that he was born inside the hospital named, it just proves that they saw him alive.

Not only that, but there is a possiblity that that is fraudulent (the person that posted it online was caught with multiple blank COLBs.)

Then there's apparently charges being placed against Obama that he is guilty of wires fraud, mail fraud, and social security fraud due to possibly having over 100 SSNs.

While that last is more extreme, I am increasingly believing that not only is he not a citizen, but he should be held guilty of treason along with all of his major campaign supporters.
