they look great, if you have indica plants, which thats what they look like, they should double during flowering, so if you can only go 2ft tall, then flower at 1 ft, the plant will do most of its growing during the first 3 weeks of flowering then slow down to thicken out bud sites, check this link out

also the a/c only recirculates air within the grow room, so your not losing anything, just to make sure, everytime you open the doors you will lose, so maybe a co2 cycle should go on after you do some garden. the air being blown out the back of the a/c is the hot air that comes in on the side vents in the back of a/c, this has no bearing on cab side a/c
