Yep, and due to that I am afraid it is every state for themselves. I am broke also so Cali's problems are not my concern. We are going without land line telephone this month because that is something we don't need. We had to take in pop cans to get enough money to buy simple toilet paper and buy dog food for the pets. I am sorry to say, other states problems don't concern me or my family right now.
Hell, I am collecting organic vegetable seeds to be able to feed my family if and when the grocery stores go under and to have an never ending vegetable seed source. We already have ducks that we collect food eggs from, and if need be, we will be starting to eat the ducks. I am a hobby farmer at heart so I will do what is needed to feed my family if needed, so I am sorry to say I really don't care about other states problems right now. I am more focuses on home, and I will do what it takes to make sure there is at least food on my table.

This shit is getting serious, but us country boys will survive.
