Nope - curing can only be done whilst the bud can still break down starches into sugars. That's why curing is done when the bud is still moist off the plant - as soon as the bud dries out, you cannot re-cure it unless you water cure and watercuring decreases weight by a fair bit so you won't have an ounce of bud anymore.
As tea tree said, curing does NOT increase potency - it breaks down the THC-A into the active form. It does break down starches into sugars, making the bud taste sweeter. The chlorophyll is also broken down, which gets rid of that 'herby' homegrown taste most people don't like.
