really interested in the 26w vs 42w cfl discussion
can't speak to the 42w that much, been using 26w in my grow, but here a latest stat on ge bulbs
the ge 42w list its initial lumens as 2700 for about 64 lumens per watt
the newer 26w ge cfl's are listing the initial lumens as 1750 lumens for about 67 lumens per watt
not a big difference, but when you consider how much cheaper 26w bulbs are, and they are a bit brighter per watt, it does make them pretty attractive for the economy micro grower
