Everyones different, weed can defintely freak people out and not tire them ( which is majority effect ) it can make people so prang and nervous ive seen someone just blackout from smoking cannabis. Saying that obviously alot rarer than alchohol and other hard drugs - as its effects are generally not of the kind to make people black but highs in cannabis can be very diverse and yea most of the time is a relaxant so ye. About full on hullicination ye i dont think that could ever be achieved through cannabis just doesnt happen. But mild vision differences can occur like being more sensitive to peripheral vision and light but thats got to do with perception.
