Dude it sounds like your sister's boyfriend laced that weed with PCP or something. I've never heard of anything like that strictly on weed. When I first started smoking I remember having a slight out of body experience and sometimes some slight paranoia including thought/time loops. But to black out and start hallucinating like that. That sounds like something way stronger. I hope you're ok.
