Yes its possible, but imho its pointless...Autos have a limited lifetime, and any topping/fimming etc will stunt the plant, and thats something you want to avoid..stunting autos will diminish yield, as it will be wasting time healing itself, instead of growing as quick as it can and creating more bud sites..
