i am not an expert by far, but for my one plant i vegged with 4 6500k 23w or 26w, i forget which one, then went to 4 2700k 26w, 1 6500k 20w and a 26watt repti glo 10.0 uvb cfl during flowering to get a little mixed spectrum and because from what i have read trichromes are the plants natural uvb protector, so more uvb should mean more trichromes
