Reasonable suspicion is a lower standard than probable cause, but it is a standard nonetheless.

inconsistent...couldnt read between the lines?? im saying, if what the cops need is "reasonable suspicion" to pat you down, then they can simply makeup anything they want, and they will...cops have done this to me. They can easily say "oh we got a call blah blah blah and you fellas fit the discription" and then they can search and pat you down.
