Thanks Pot, it's comming along slowly, I only got another paragraph done yesterday, I got baked and forgot what I was doing and made food.

Heres the next dialogue, and another small paragraph


Breaking my blissful oblivion Kali said. "So, everyone must be dying to hear the news by now." Her face did not betray
the answer.
"Yes, finally it took forever!" Jennifer said with a huge grin.
"Sorry" she replied with a smile. "I wanted to build some suspense first." I straightened up in my chair, waiting intently.
"The superintendant called and told me the news." She said her smile faltering; my pulse quickened. "We got the apartment!"
For a moment I couldn't even comprehend her answer. "Why do you always do that!?" I asked, jokingly.
"I don't know, I just like the look on your face." She replied, obviously trying to be playful.

We both stared at each other for a minute, her eyes could petrify anyone at a distance. To be this close was quite frankly
nearly lethal; however I continued to look and put emphasis on every detail, specifically the iris. Surrounding the pupil was a faint
yellow, followed by the majority blue-gray. What I found most interesting was the very edge which was surrounded by a perfect
ring of the same faint yellow near pupil. Surely, my plain brown eyes were nothing by comparison. I sensed that I was being watched
and I noticed that everyone was looking at me. I looked at each of them in turn, and laughed.
