Also if you have a pool at our disposal (or ocean), swim (or better yet surf). If you can get some sun in as well it really seems to help. Also if you have a sauna at your gym, after your work out, chug tons of water while you bake in the sauna. The fluid exchange from exercise really cleans you out and the sauna really aids in tht proces if done after working out when muscles are sore..
Not only that but as you know one of the best things to combat anxiety is exercise. Just don't do it when you feel an attack coming on, lol...
